Stuart specialises in treating people who sit at a desk all day or spend time in a cramped position at work. From neck and shoulder pain to back pain and sciatica we can help.  
Approximately 80% of people in the UK will suffer from back pain at some point in their lives and its estimated that Britons take an average of 373 painkillers every year, which is a staggering amount. 
Manual and Remedial therapy can really help. 

Sports Therapy 

Stuart also works with sports people from cyclists and golfers to runners and hikers, using sports massage techniques to help improve performance and prevent injuries. 
Using Reiki, Mindfullness and Meditation we can help you with stress and anxiety as well as help you prepare for an event, a marathon, or to improve your performance
